Lilac Cottage is a 2-bedroomed, self catered, holiday cottage, located just outside Tintagel. We are now taking bookings and we still have vacancies for weeks in July and September.

Lilac Cottage is a small, traditional, beamed Cornish cottage. The cottage is 250 years old and was originally part of the farm in the hamlet of Trenale. Trenale is half a mile from the popular coastal village of Tintagel and just over a mile from the surfing beach at Trebarwith Strand.

Living roomDownstairs the cottage contains a comfortable lounge/dining room and a separate, modern kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet. The bedrooms contain respectively one double and two single beds; the cottage sleeps up to four.


The cottage is well-placed for exploring the rugged north coast of Cornwall, including Bude, Boscastle, Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock and Padstow. Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project and the living museum of Morwellham Quay are all within easy reach.
